- 1/2 oz fresh tarragon
- 6 oz hot filtered water
- 16 oz white sugar
- 12 oz grapefruit juice
1. Place roughly torn tarragon in a container and cover with hot water. Allow to steep for 7 minutes.
2. Stir in sugar and grapefruit juice, and mix well. Strain out tarragon when bottling.
