Ingredients

  • 1 kale, washed and torn into small pieces
  • Coconut oil
  • Seasonings of your choice*

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250ºF. Rub the kale with the coconut oil, and sprinkle on the seasonings of your choice. Mix well.

Spread on two baking sheets. Bake for about 20 minutes until crispy.

*Chef’s note: “These seasonings can be as simple or elaborate as you like.”
   A few suggestions:
   Savory — Himalayan Pink Salt, Curry, Italian Herbs or Herbs de Provence, Garlic Powder
   Sweet — Cinnamon and Coconut Sugar
