Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 16 Oz. Mason Jar
- 4 teaspoons cardamom
- 4 teaspoons clove
- 4 ounce cinnamon chips
- 2 ounce ginger, dry
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Add 2 teaspoons Assam black tea (or 2 teabags) to 2 teaspoons of chai mix.
- Mix with 8 ounces milk and 8 ounces water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Repeat two more times.
- Strain into 16 ounce mug. Add more sugar, if desired.
