- 1 oz orange zest simple syrup
- 1 oz Wigle Whiskey's Pressed Pennsylvania Pommeau
- .75 oz lemon juice
- ice cubes
- 3 oz sparkling Rose
- 1 orange peel, for garnish
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon dried orange peel
- 1 cup white sugar
To make the orange zest simple syrup, steep orange peel in water and add sugar until it’s dissolved, then strain. Shake the orange zest simple syrup, Pressed Pennsylvania Pommeau, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling Rosé, and garnish with an orange peel.
