Cucumber Watermelon Pico de Gallo

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice watermelon, cucumber, jalapeƱos, and red onion into small, uniform pieces. 
  2. 2. Mince basil and mint leaves.
  3. 3. Juice the limes and add salt.
  4. 4. Mix all of the ingredients together, chill, and serve.

  • 1 Red onion
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 2 Limes
