Instructions

  1. Add 2 teaspoons Assam black tea (or 2 teabags) to 2 teaspoons of chai mix.
     
  2. Mix with 8 ounces milk and 8 ounces water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
     
  3. Remove from heat. Repeat two more times.
     
  4. Strain into 16 ounce mug. Add more sugar, if desired.

  • 4 teaspoons cardamom
  • 4 teaspoons clove
  • 4 ounce cinnamon chips
  • 2 ounce ginger, dry
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
