- 3 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- ¾ cup 1% Turner’s low-fat milk
- ½ cup cinnamon applesauce
- ¼ cup fat-free caramel ice cream topping, plus more for garnish
- Whipped cream
1. Place ice cream or frozen yogurt, milk, cinnamon applesauce, and ¼ cup caramel ice cream topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into four glasses, top with whipped cream and caramel sauce, and serve immediately.
