Chef Kevin Watson of SAVOY believes in using the best of what our local community and farms can offer. He sources lamb from Elysian Fields Lamb in Greene County, poultry from Stambolis Poultry Market in Braddock, and proteins from Strip District Meats to create award-winning appetizers and unique food pairings. SAVOY also supports Breadworks, La Prima Espresso, and Marty’s Market; and a number of menu items can be made gluten-free.
