Owner Matt Bournias is a proud member of Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance from which he sources lots of local produce for this Greek take-out restaurant. The mushrooms used in his dishes are sourced from Wild Purveyors, and the meats come from Park Farm and Kennedy Farm. Pastitsio also enjoys weekly deliveries from local food provider Paragon Foods.
